Q2. What are your delivery timings?
We aim to deliver between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
With two predetermine delivery slot i.e. Morning slot between 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and Evening slot between 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Delivery slots are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints.
Q3. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we provide same day delivery on all the 7 days of the week, as well as we also offers 100% FREE DELIVERY ON EVERY ORDER.

Yes, minimum order value may apply and is subject to change without prior notice.

A platform fee may be charged on orders below certain amount.

Q6. How fresh are your vegetables?
We strive to source fresh produce directly from vendors and mandis. However, due to the perishable nature of products, minor variations in freshness, size, color, or taste may occur.

Organic products are provided only when explicitly labeled. We do not guarantee that all products are organic.
Q8. Can I choose exact size/weight/quality?
No. Products are natural and may vary. We reserve the right to supply the closest available quality.
Q9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.
Q10. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available.
Q11. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
Q12. What if I receive damaged or incorrect items?
You must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof. Claims without proof may not be accepted.
Q13. Are returns accepted?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perishable goods are non-returnable. Refunds/replacements are issued only after verification.
Q14. How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are processed within 3–4 business days to the original payment method.

Yes. Subscription plans are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Q16. Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, but changes must be made before the next billing/delivery cycle.

We aim for consistency, but delays or substitutions may occur due to supply constraints.

Delivery is available only in selected locations. Serviceability depends on your pincode and may change without notice.
