This Policy is designed in accordance with applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
We currently offer delivery in selected local/hyperlocal areas.
Availability of delivery depends on your location.
You will be notified if your area is not serviceable.
Orders are typically delivered within same day or next day.
Delivery time slots may be assigned based on your selection.
Delays may occur due to:

Traffic issues
High demand or operational constraints
We offer 100% free delivery on pre-determined delivery slots only to ensure efficient and eco-friendly operations.
Customers can select from available delivery time slots during checkout.
Express or instant delivery (outside scheduled slots) may be available at an additional charge.
Delivery charges (if applicable) will always be clearly shown before order confirmation.
Free delivery may also be subject to a minimum order value (if applicable).

Products are packed and delivered with care
Slight variations in freshness, size, or appearance are natural
Orders once delivered cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue
If you receive:
Damaged items
Missing items
Wrong products
Please contact us within a reasonable time (preferably within 24 hours) with proof (photo/video).
We will:
Replace the item, or
Provide a refund (as applicable)
